We found the exterior of this house to be tired and in need of paint.  The light fixtures, garage doors, and the address plaque were dated and showed extreme wear.  The landscape is also too small for the contemporary architecture of this home.

This room showed so much potential, large window and a beautiful marble fireplace.  However the window treatment was too strong in color and didn't offer privacy.  The fireplace was green marble, again out of date.  So much potential in this room.

This room was in need of a full makeover but the homeowner budget was tight.  We needed to keep the cabinets, the layout of the kitchen as well as the appliances and look at changing the primary color of this room to provide an updated look to match the rest of the home.

We decided to keep the roof and found a color for the siding to coordinate, added new garage doors, updated light fixtures, and made minor landscaping changes.  Check out the stunning results that came with a minimal investment!

The green marble fireplace painted a matte grey and added the floor to ceiling drapery which gave privacy that allowed light to filter through the large windows. Painting the walls a light beige gave the room what it needed. Beautiful results!

We stained the floor a rich brown, painted the walls a light grey, added a new light fixture over the kitchen table and a light fixture over the island.  This added beautiful light to the room.  Next we painted the cabinets and removed the dated window blinds adding floor to ceiling drapery.  A stunning result!
